Dormitory Housing
On-campus housing is available in Allen Hall for in-person attendees at a lower cost than nearby hotels. The dormitory stay includes seven nights—check-in on Sunday, June 22, and check-out on Sunday, June 29. All workshop sessions will be held in Allen Hall, offering a convenient and fully immersive experience.
Meal Plan
The prepaid meal plan ($225) includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday through Friday, plus breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Our Saturday evening banquet is also included in Workshop registration for in-person participants. Meals are served in the Allen Hall cafeteria, the same building where participants are housed and attend workshop sessions.
Meals are only available as a full-week package; single-day or drop-in meals are not available due to our group catering agreement. We encourage all in-person participants to opt in for the meal plan. Shared meals help us meet the group minimum for the cafeteria and are a great way to foster a strong sense of community throughout the week. Allergy and diet restrictions can be accommodated. Please indicate any special needs on the meal plan registration form.
Please note: Resident halls do not include access to refridgerators, microwaves, or kitchens. If you require refrigeration for medication or other essential needs, please contact Workshop leadership in advance.
Parking
Guests with a vehicle will be albe to park on the top level (rooftop) of parking garage F29 at the corner of Gregory and Dorner by Allen Hall.
Purchasing this parking will allow you to park Sunday afternoon, June 22 through Sunday morning, June 29 for a $58 flat rate per vehicle.
Paul Rolland Legacy Celebration Registration
