These and other topics are covered in the Mentor Training course.

DO I NEED MENTOR TRAINING IN ORDER TO TAKE THE PRESENTER TRAINING COURSE?
No. While there is similarity between the Mentor and Presenter Training, each course is a stand-alone course.
