Braunwin Sheldrick

Dr. Braunwin Sheldrick is Associate Professor of Viola at Baylor University and a certified Paul Rolland Pedagogue. She uses motion-based teaching to support healthy, expressive playing and a strong technical foundation. A dedicated teacher and performer, she has appeared across the Americas, Europe, and Oceania, and champions Latin American music for the viola through her recordings with trio Aquarimántima and with her duo partner, pianist Andrés Gómez Bravo. Her students have performed at major festivals including Aspen, Verbier, and Domaine Forget, and have been accepted to graduate programs at the Mozarteum, the Royal Academy of Music, and leading U.S. institutions.
